꽃송이 병아리콩 샐러드
재료 : 생꽃송이버섯 300g, 양파 반개, 오이채 50g, 당근채50g, 결정과당 2t
소스재료 : 삶은 병아리콩 60g, 올리브유 8t, 마늘 1톨, 소금 1t, 후추 약간, 레몬즙 약간
1. 꽃송이버섯을 먹기 좋게 찢는다
2. 병아리콩은 끓는 물에 15분간 삶고 올리브유, 마늘, 소금, 식초, 후추, 결정과당과 함께 갈아준다
3. 채썬 무, 오이, 당근, 양파를 버섯 위에 올려 병아리콩 드레싱을 넣고 버무려준다
