봄나물튀김
재료 :
냉이 50g, 쑥 50g, 두릅 5줄기, 튀김가루, 튀김기름, 홍고추 작은 것 1/2개
양념장 :
간장 1T, 식초 1T, 물 1T, 설탕 1/2T
조리법 :
1. 냉이는 잘 다듬어 씻어 물기를 없앤다
2. 쑥은 잘 다듬어 씻어 홍고추에 끼워 꽃다발 모양을 만든다
3. 두릅은 꼭지를 잘라내고 가닥가닥 떼어낸다
4. 봄나물은 튀김가루, 튀김반죽, 순으로 묻혀 잘 달구어진 튀김기름에 튀겨낸다
