마파두부 만드는 법
두부 1모, 다진돼지고기 150그램, 다진청피망 1/2컵, 다진빨강피망 1/2컵, 고추기름 2큰술, 포도씨유, 청주 2큰술, 두반장 1큰술, 굴소스 1/2큰술, 고춧가루 1작은술, 물 1컵, 간장 1작은술, 후춧가루 약간, 참기름, 소금 약간, 설탕 약간
향신채:다진 생강 1/2작은술, 다진 마늘 1/2큰술, 다진 대파 2큰술,다진 청양고추 1개, 녹말물:녹말 1큰술 + 물 2큰술
1. 두부를 끓는 물에 소금을 조금 넣고 3분 정도 데친다
2. 팬에 기름을 두르고 다진 마늘 1/2큰 술, 다진 고추 1개, 다진 파 2큰 술, 다진 생강 1/2작은 술을 넣고 볶다가 고추기름과 고기를 넣고 볶는다
3. 두반장 1큰 술, 굴 소스 1/2큰 술, 매운 고춧가루 1작은 술, 청주 2큰 술, 물 1/2컵을 넣고 끓이다가 두부를 넣는다
4. 두부를 끓이다 파프리카를 넣고 녹말 물로 농도를 맞춘 뒤 마지막에 참기름을 넣는다
