미역귀고추장찌개

1. 감자는 한입 크기로 잘라 준다. 애호박, 양파는 감자와 같은 크기로 잘라 준비한다. 풋고추, 홍고추, 파도 어슷하게 썰어 준비한다.
2. 소고기는 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라 준비해 달군 냄비에 참기름을 두르고 재빨리 볶는다. 겉 표면이 익으면 매운 양념장, 다진 마늘을 넣고 3분간 더 볶는다. 물을 붓고 한소끔 끓여 준다.
3. (2)에 감자, 양파, 애호박을 넣어 끓여준다.
4. 국물이 뭉근히 끓으면 파, 고추, 미역귀를 넣고 살짝 더 끓여 마무리 한다.
